Attorney Kathleen Lindgren’s primary focus includes criminal defense and juvenile law. Her current practice includes work in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and Ozaukee Counties' circuit courts. Attorney Lindgren also practices in the State's four district appellate courts and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Attorney Lindgren is both a Milwaukee County and Waukesha County Bar member, and a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
While attending Marquette University Law School, Attorney Lindgren was Co-Editor in Chief of the Law School’s Student Newspaper “The Verdict”, was a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review.
Prior to Law School Attorney Lindgren received a Masters in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and Bachelor of Arts with Honors in both History and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
In her free time Attorney Lindgren spends time traveling throughout Wisconsin with her husband and her young children. She also enjoys creative writing and online gaming.

Attorney Katie Babe's primary focus includes drunk driving defense, criminal defense, divorce and paternity, as well as mediation of family-related issues.
Attorney Babe is an active member of the Waukesha County Bar Association. She also volunteers at the Waukesha County Family Self-Help Clinic and the Washington County Family Self-Help Clinic.
In addition to her work as an attorney, Katie is a supplemental court commissioner for Waukesha County.
While attending Marquette University Law School, Attorney Babe had the honor of acting as Editor in Chief of the Marquette Elder's Advisor Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Babe attended Ripon College, where she majored in Business Administration and Communications.
In her free time, she is active in the Sussex Lioness Club, a former board of directors member for the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce, and maintains two blogs on family law and estate planning in Wisconsin.
